These General Conditions of Sale apply to every sale and throughout the time that articles are offered for sale online or through retail. All the clauses set out in these General Conditions of Sale, and all the transactions of purchase and sale referred to here, will be subject to Singaporean law and courts.

These General Conditions of Sale and the prices are expressly agreed and accepted by the customer who is making a purchase on the website www.chiobucup.com.

Do Chiobucup deliver internationally?

We deliver worldwide. Customer is solely responsible for international shipments that the products isn't illegal or prohibited to import in your country of residence.

What do I need to consider before I order products internationally?

It is for the customer to check, with the competent authorities, the possibilities of importing products purchased with regard to the laws and rules in force in the country of delivery. Following a purchase made on the website www.chiobucup.com, the taxes, fees, customs duties and/or supplementary costs (for example: VAT, local taxes, import duties, State taxes, etc.), imposed when the packages arrive at their destination, is paid by the customer  to the competent authorities or to authorised intermediaries in the department, territory, state and/or country of delivery..

Chiobucup is not required to check and inform the customer on the taxes, fees, customs duties and/or supplementary costs (for example: VAT, local taxes, import duties, State taxes, etc.) applicable.

I am not of legal age, can I buy products in your webshop?

Every customer buying in our webshop attests being of age and having full legal capacity. In the case that the purchaser is underage, someone with authority over the purchaser must be asked to make the purchase in her place.

How do I pay for my products?

Payments online via our payment provider PayPal are secure. For payment details please email order@chiobucup.com.

By making a purchase the customer accepts paying the sum indicated on validation of the purchase.

Do I pay any VAT to Chiobucup?

VAT and/or duty may be demanded directly from the customer during import by the competent authorities of the country of residence for international shipments and is paid in full by the customer at destination.

Free shipping internationally

When do I get my product?

Your cup is shipped within a few days after your payment been confirmed. All products have to be paid before delivery and no credit is given. Internationally you need to expect a normal delivery time of 7-10  working days. As of May 2017 Chiobucup ceased trading from Singapore and shipments to residents in Singapore will be delivered by mail from overseas. Chiobucup has not been making profit since it start in 2014 and as the owner relocate out of Singapore the only reasonable solution to serve local market is to ship from overseas. We are very sorry for the inconvenience of longer delivery times but hope that our customers 

understand that the product is a very slow progress on the market and with a small foundation

of clients we have to adapt to the circumstances at hand.

All shipments are free for private customers.

The customers package will be sent to the address communicated to us when making the purchase. For webshop shipments outer packaging, the paper box, will be removed and recycled if customer doesn't give the information that they desire the paper box to be sent unfolded within the shipment envelope with a clear phrasing like: "Want paper box included."

The delivery times indicated on the website www.chiobucup.com do not depend on us and therefore we cannot guarantee them. We cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery and do not ship our products as registered articles. If we should find it impossible to despatch a purchase we will contact the customer and communicate the delay in availability. The customer will have the option of accepting our offer of delayed delivery, cancelling the transaction with full repayment of the purchase price including transport costs, or choosing another article.

For any problem relating to the delivery of a package, the customer should contact us using the email order@chiobucup.com.

The transfer of ownership and risk of the articles to the customer will take place when the price of the article is paid in full and customer been notified of that shipment has been initiated. This means that Chiobucup is not responsible for articles lost in transshipment.

We don't accept responsibility in the event that non-fulfilment of our obligations is imputable either to an
unforeseeable and unavoidable event by a third party to the contract or to a case of force majeure (for example :
strikes, flood, fire, etc.) We don't accept any responsibility for any inconvenience or damage inherent to the use of Internet, notably
a breakdown in service, outside intrusion or the presence of computer viruses, etc.

Do Chiobucup accept returns?

All sales both over Internet and in retail stores are final and no returns are accepted. This is because menstrual cups and most accessories are a very personal and intimate item which no one desire to buy if someone else touched it. To ensure this we don't accept returns.

What do I do if my product is damaged or flawed?

If you are distributed a product with a flaw - please note directly to the transport company and contact our customer service at once at order@chiobucup.com and attach an image of your product with your reclamation and our team will return back to you with instructions. Please note that each cup got a minimal "seam" on the sides from the manufacturing and small holes close to the rim. These are not considered defects. The airholes are needed for the product to function properly. If the vacuum is too strong you can carefully enlarge these holes. If the stem is too long and feels uncomfortable you can shorten this with a pair of scissors or sharp knife. Please make sure you don't cut into the rounded bottom of the cup so the function of it gets ruined.

Why is it important I fill out my details with care?

Shoppers should indicate clearly and precisely all their details and give any other information needed for the
processing, payment and delivery of the purchase or for after-sales service. In particular, this includes name, first name, delivery address, email
address, etc.

Is the colour on the screen the same on the product I receive?

The customer is aware that the colours on a computer screen, produced by a digital photo, can be different from
the real colours. It depends on the computer equipment, the quality of the screen and its adjustments, but also on
the luminosity when taking the photo, shadows and many other factors. Due to this fact, the colours are not
contractual.

What do Chiobucup do with the data I provide as customer?

The customer’s personal data will be used exclusively by the company Chiobucup and will not be assigned to third parties. All the data transmitted to us are processed with the greatest respect for the laws in force. The computerised records will be considered as a formal record of the communications, purchases and payments
taking place between Chiobucup and customer.

Is anything copyrighted on this webpage?

All elements of the website www.chiobucup.com which are visual or sound are
protected by copyright, trademarks or patents.
